This Policy explains how Bella Maria handles project photographs, videos, testimonials, and related media.
Written Permission Required
Bella Maria Inc. requires separate written authorization before using customer-related photographs, videos, testimonials, or project media for marketing or promotional purposes.
A purchase, consultation, estimate request, service appointment, or visit to our website does not automatically grant Bella Maria permission to use photographs or videos of a customer's property.
Use of project media for promotional purposes will only occur after the customer signs a separate written authorization or release.
Authorized Uses of Project Media
When written authorization has been provided, Bella Maria Inc. may use approved photographs, videos, and related media in connection with:
- The Bella Maria website
- Project galleries and portfolios
- Social media platforms
- Digital advertising
- Print advertising
- Marketing materials
- Promotional campaigns
- Company presentations
- Educational or informational content
Unless otherwise stated in the signed authorization, Bella Maria Inc. may determine how, where, and when authorized media will be used.
Customer Privacy
Bella Maria Inc. will not publish customers’ personal information, including names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or specific project locations, in any public-facing materials, advertising, social media content, portfolio materials, or online publications without the customer's separate written consent.
Customers should understand that photographs or videos of a home, property, or completed project may still be recognizable even when personal identifying information is not disclosed.
If a customer has particular privacy, security, or confidentiality concerns, those concerns should be discussed with Bella Maria Inc. before signing any authorization or release.
Testimonials and Customer Statements
Bella Maria Inc. may request permission to use customer:
- Reviews
- Testimonials
- Quotes
- Written feedback
- Video testimonials
- Recorded statements
for marketing and promotional purposes.
Additional consent may be requested before publication of customer testimonials.
Ownership of Media
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Photographs, videos, marketing materials, website content, branding materials, logos, and promotional content created by Bella Maria Inc. are the property of Bella Maria Inc.
- Media created by third-party photographers, videographers, agencies, or contractors remains subject to the applicable written agreements governing ownership and usage rights.
Requests Regarding Previously Authorized Media
Customers who have previously granted authorization may contact Bella Maria Inc. regarding future use of authorized media.
Bella Maria Inc. will review such requests in good faith; however, Bella Maria may not be able to remove or recover materials that have already been:
- Printed
- Published
- Distributed
- Archived
- Shared on social media
- Included in advertising campaigns
- Incorporated into marketing materials
Revocation of Authorization
Any revocation of previously granted authorization must be submitted in writing.
Revocation will apply only to future uses and will not require Bella Maria Inc. to remove materials that were lawfully published or distributed before the revocation was received.
No Compensation
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers will not receive compensation, royalties, licensing fees, or other payment for the authorized use of photographs, videos, testimonials, or project media.
Changes to This Policy
Bella Maria Inc. reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
